I based these 2 guys on the sideshow collectibles poly stone statue. For Zartan I used the Winter soldier's legs and the Red Guardians upper body the rest is sculpted details. And for Flint I used the lower legs of the DC Rick Flagg figure the upper body and arms are actually from a unknown Figma figure. The head is from the Walgreens Punisher. I made Flint's legs removable by using some small earth magnets that way you can pose the figure on the diorama like he's wading in the water or reattach tge legs and pose him standing.
