To make my vintage style Vultak I started off with a Vintage He-Man figure & removed his head & arms. I then Cut off His feet & replaced them with the feet from a vintage Skeletor figure. After that I replaced his arms with those from a vintage Stratos figure. I ordered his head online which came from a company called ‘Shapeways’. I then Painted his head & entire body using Humbrol enamel paints. Once the pant had dried I then gave him Hordak’s chest armour & sculpted his collar using a product called ‘Fixit sculpt’. Again his collar was painted with Humbrol enamel paints. To complete my Vultak figure I sanded down the back of his armour to make a flat surface & drilled 2 small holes in it. I then got the wings from a vintage Angella figure which I had also painted. I placed the pegs from the wings into the 2 drilled holes on his back. I also used super glue to do this to make sure the wings were attached firmly. I also previously removed the halo part which was at the top of the Angella wings as I thought this did not fit in with Vultak’s look. I did this using a hacksaw then sanded of the remaining section into a rounded half moon shape. His points of articulation are his arms, & legs. His wings still spread out like they did for Angella & he also has his power punch action at his waist. ![]() |
