Black Series Luke Skywalker Jedi robe

I've always wondered why Hasbro never gave​ a Jabba's palace Luke Skywalker a proper hooded cape, the vintage collection and Black Series Luke Skywalker figures both came with an ordinary Jedi robe. What I did was turn the sleeves inside out and tied the cape on him with brown thread. I hope Hasbro fixes this problem and gives future Jabba's palace Lukes a proper dark brown hooded cape.
