This is a custom of the Kowalski Vengence character from Ghost Rider. This custom began life as a Marvel Universe Ghost Rider and some kind of Ninja Turtle Bike. I cut the head off of the Ghost Rider Figure and replaced it with the head from a static Vengeance figure that was fused to his bike. I painted the figure and the head flat black and then dry brushed with silver to bring out the features. The spikes and knee/elbow pads were painted with gunmetal grey. The flame is made of hot glue and is painted with neon green and glow in the dark green paint. The figure's eyes were also painted with glow in the dark paint.
The bike was trimmed of all excess parts. The skull was added to the handlebars and the whole thing was painted with flat black paint. It was then dry brushed with Gun Metal grey. The wheels were covered with glue gun glue and then painted with neon green and glow in the dark green paint.
While I was happy with the glow in the dark effect, I wanted the green glow to be more intense. I added a green light underneath the skull and glued it in place. I then covered it with a neon green flame effect making sure to leave space to reach the light's switch.
