I was digging through old games last year and came across X-Men: Mutant Apocalypse. After remembering how bad I was at playing it, I realized how much I liked the designs. I immediately fixed up a more buff Psylocke and always planned on coming back around to Beast. While the official release does look good, I've always preferred his more hulking design. I was stuck on the head for a while, until common sense finally kicked in. I ordered the old Toybiz Beast, cut the head off, sanded it down, then dremeled into it so it would fit on the Hulk body. Sized up nicely. Sculpted up the belt and the fur on his arms and legs. Then, just a full repaint, and he was all done! Finally happy with a proper Beast.
