Been a while Realmers!

Continuing where I left off with my DC Infinite Multiverse Classics I give you DOOMSDAY!

He was made using Marvel Universe's Blastaar. All the bones and costume details were sculpted with Milliput. Styrene Strips were used for the metal bands around his thighs. After sculpting the hair and bones on the head and forearms I molded and cast them.

I finished him up with a Testor's Model Masters paint job. Hope y'all enjoy!

Bravo !!! Brings back memories of my days as a production artist at DC Comics back in '93 and working on the original pages of Man of Steele by the art team of Jergens and Breeding. I was utterly blown away by how much Doomsday was such a total badass, just kicking the snot out of the JLA and Supes, all while doing his sinister laugh...HAHAHA ! One of the best DC villains ever, and still no real decent figure of him. Whish I could scale this bad boy up to about 8 or 9 inches. LOL. Really nice work !

Thank you! How awesome that you worked on that book! The Death of Superman was a MAJOR part of my world as a kid. I was obsessed with Doomsday back then. The artwork during the Death, Funeral, and Reign is some of the best ever!

Awesome! Doomsday is one of those characters I also think about making and never do. I love seeing fantastic renditions of him pop up! Looks great!
