Thankfully, I had one of Electro's energy effects on hand so serve as an appropriate accessory. Head came from Doc Samson, and I'm not sure about the cape. Movie Odin maybe? Sculpted up the belt, skirt piece, and ends of the cape. Black lines were quite tedious, but the rest was all a straight repaint. The darker red doesn't show up as well in the images, unfortunately.
