This is tygra the wise the architect, while lion o is the lord of the Thundercats tygra is the head of the Thundercats council.

In the cartoon all the thundercats seemed the same size, that didn't make much sense as a kid. I pictured tygra as smaller being that he didn't rely on his physical strength
