This is my Star Sapphire from the planet H'Iven, Poppi. She is from the same planet as Green Lanterns Ch'p and B'dg.

Poppi attracts the attention of the Star Sapphire ring when she fiercely protects her niece and nephew from an evil alien that was hiding out in the forests on H'Iven. The love and protectiveness she felt for her niece and nephew gave her the courage to take on an opponent many times her size.

Poppi is a repaint of B'dg. Used Model Masters flat black on the arms. A couple base coats of Model Masters flat white followed us with a few coats of Model Masters Hot Pink Pearl for body and feet. Finally used Model Masters dark gray for head and tail. Printed up a Star Sapphire symbol and used packing tape and super glue to place on her.

When I showed this to my buddy he said "if its a female how come you didn't add any pectoral enhancements?" My response was "when a squirrel runs across your yard can you tell if its male or female?" Plus it just didn't feel right to sculpt breasts on a squirrel so I didn't.
