SCAV WHEELER
In it's former life it was a police hyper pursuit vehicle
But when found and rebuilt by scavengers it has become a powerful war machine used to fiht the law dogs and whoever else they come across.

This was one that had been on the drawin board a long time about a year between finding an Iron-man car and a TMNT "shell raiser R/C van ( just used for the big wheels )
the final touch was adding actual leather to the seats cause ya' l=know even dirty scavs gotta be classy.
