This should've been a very simple headswap. The Chameleon figure I bought off ebay was already a custom figure with Bruce Wayne's head on- the seller had cut off the original neck ball and had glued the DC head to the neck. I had to rebuild the neck ball. To do so, I drilled a hole into the neck, and into another similarly sized plastic bead (actually, the neck ball from a Suicide Squad figure) and used a piece of paper clip to hold everything together. The neck ball was still smaller than need be, so I used some tape to build it up. Thankfully, the head sits nicely at a proper height, and he has nearly total mobility in his neck. He's not as playable as I'd have liked, since any prolonged movement would snap the paper clip. Maybe I can work on another version once I can find a stock Chameleon.
