After creating the Armored Black Ranger I used the left over pieces to make the Green Ranger without his golden shield. This was very simple, but a lot of fun to make. The Green Rangers costume has a number of subtle differences from the other Rangers that I honestly hadn't noticed before. He retains all of his original articulation and I gave him a dagger from the fisher price Rangers so he has something fun to pose with.

Sorry for the reply below, my keyboard was assaulted by cat paws. Nicely done I wish they would release more Green Ranger without his shield. Can you tell me if removing the heads on these 6.5 legacy figures is pretty easy or possible?

Applying heat works ( boil or hair dryer) but they don't pop off like Marvel Legends and others.

Really nice! I've often seen the other Rangers with his armor, but can't remember seeing any renditions of him without it. Looks really good!

Thank you very much. I'd imagine now that Bandai has the whole team out they'll start doing variants of their own like Red, Black and maybe Blue with the shield and Green without. I'm just glad I beat them to the punch.
