Alexander Pierce is a member of S.H.I.E.L.D. loyal to Nick Fury. In the Secret Warriors comic, he was the leader of super-powered Team Black. In the MCU, he was turned into a villain, portrayed by a 70s matinée idol.
I made this figure awhile back, as part of my S.H.I.E.L.D. army. I used ML Forge for the head, and just coloured the hair and added some stubble. I wasn't really that happy with the hair, since Pierce keeps his long hair slicked back, but not tied up. So, I got rid of the ponytail and created new hair. A lot closer to being comic-representative now.
