I used a toy biz Gimli as the base resculpted the face a bit
The armor is a mix of plastics rubber and sculpey
The skirt is made from leather
The war hammer was a one of the axes that he came with the figure cut of the "heads" of the axe and then used rubber plastic vinyl and sculpey
And then painted it all with Vallejo paints
