Much as I enjoyed the Suicide Squad film itself, it's pretty hard to argue that the Mattel Multiverse line of figures isn't a colossal let-down. I think the least terrible of the figures is Katana, but even then, she has her issues. Did some modding and repainting. Cut off the chunky loose clump of hair (that sounds more disgusting than it needed to) and sculpted new individual strands for her. Also sliced off her sash at her waist because it was too bulky, and resculpted the straps that hold her sheaths using ProCreate. Tried to make her shoulders less broad but ended up completely ruining the shoulder articulation. I won't be doing that again. Repainted the skin tones, bringing out the scars a little more, and added her bellybutton piercing. Also went over her mask to dirty it up and to give it a lacquer with some clear gloss paint.
