Here is my attempt at a Kingpin. With Daredevil so popular in the comics and on TV now, I'm surprised Marvel Universe or later has never made one in the 3.75" scale. So I took a go at it. I hope you enjoy!

Body and Head: I used the Marvel Universe Juggernaut without the helmet. I sanded his head to be bald.

Chest/Collar/Belt/Shoe buckles: I sculpted these areas.

Hands/feet: I used MU Rhino fists for the hands and sculpted rings and a watch onto it. I carve the boots down to look more like regular suit pants.

Cane: The cane was a plastic flag from Big Lots army men. I then glued on some plastic purple jewels. It look way cooler in person than in the photos. I drilled a hole in his hand to hold the cane. So the cane is removable.

The Jacket: This was from the 6" batman ($10) Knightmare figure. I used the brown batman jacket. I cut it in half length wise and painted it white. It fit Kingpin nicely.

Rings: you can't see in the pic very well, but they are tiny pastic jewels glued on to add some bling.
