Scalien was a character pitched by Peter Laird for an action figure, that was never used.
Scalien's robotic arms and legs strongly resemble those that would be later used for Xever Montes after he mutated into Fishface.
I tried to stay close to the art design but it ultimatly turned into my own interpetation of the art
Used an older Toybiz Ultron arms and legs
torso is from an obscure figure which I do not now the name
Head and Tail from Spiderman Lizard figure sculpted and modded
bits of cobbled fodder and some sculpted details on the body
