It's really weird how many times I've made this guy. Not really a popular character, not a vital member of any team, yet he keeps popping up. Well, he's easy enough. And I did need someone else for the Winter Guard roster this week. They didn't really have a ton of people in the lineup. A simple enough repaint with a head from a 25th Anniversary Destro.
