Mostly Iceman except for the hands. They're from Madman. Apoxie goggles. The trouser cuffs used to be Rogue's glove cuffs. Fodder belt. Testors Blue, White and Yellow. I uses a sticker to make the emblem. Love this character, wish they used him more.
