Finishing off my 'bolt' series of customs comes Madman! This one is a little off as I used the Legendary Heroes head with no mods so the white is a little different from the body

I don't know the character,but as white as he is and with that hair and the red lightning this figure reminds me a little of ziggy stardust anyway,a cool custom

I was thinking did you repaint the Marvel Legends Scale of MADMAN ...but now I know you took the head for the Havok body ...right ?
