Found a couple MOTUC/DC 2packs at TRU a couple years ago for $5 each. Decided to make an Indigo Tribe member out of him the other Mer-Man.

Vilisshhh is the the chief bodyguard, and close confidant of the king of the Mer people, the Eternian villain and henchman of Skelator known as Mer-Man. Vilisshhh feels genuine compassion for his king because his king is a benevolent and kind ruler who is in thrall to Skeletor due to a terrible pact made by his grandfather. If not for this pact Mer-Man would ally the Mer people with King Randor against Skeletor. Mer-Man hates having to work for Skeletor and makes sure none of his subjects end up sharing his fate in working for Skeletor.

When a rift is opened between Eternia and earth an Indigo ring that was searching for a bearer gets intercepted by the rift where it finds Vilisshhh. With this new power Vilisshhh pledges to help his king destroy Skeletor and free his king from the evil sorcerers tyranny. Nok!

Vilisshhh is 100% Mer-Man repaint. Used Model Masters Leather Brown on chest plate and shorts. Used a blend of Model Masters GM/Ford Engine Blue and Citadel Genestealer Purple on armor, sword, belt and orb. I was inspired to attach the Indigo Lantern orb to the end of his sword after I saw that when GL John Stewart wore the Indigo Ring he had a machine gun instead of a staff and the orb was in place of the rifles stock. Used Green Stuff and one of those fish bowl marbles that are flat on one side to make the orb. Used a Sharpie for Indigo Tribe tattoos.
