Teresa Vasquez, aka Fer-De-Lance, was part of Viper's group to infiltrate the Serpent Society. After the coup was over and Viper deposed, Vasquez decided to stay with the Society and has been with them ever since.
The base figure is Spider-Woman, with hands from Carol Danvers. For the top of the head, I used Thanos, cut and sanded to fit. The claws and metal ponytail-thing are fodder. A little bit of paint, and, done!
