Love those black costumes. I had forgotten this guy existed until he popped up in the Flash and Legends of Tomorrow. It reminded me how much I loved the design, so I knew I had to go back and fix it up. He pretty much serves as Death for those with the Speed Force. For the head, I went with a zombie cast from AngelForge. I was going to sculpt up some ripped portions of mask, but he doesn't have that in his design, and the head actually worked perfectly with a mask just being painted on. No off spots like I expected. The bolts on his head were added from the legs of an Infinite Heroes Flash. Full repaint, and done!
