I've wanted to make Black Cat for ages. But, back then I didn't quite have much in the way of sculpting skill. I also didn't know of a good head option. And then she got officially released. I figured that was it, no reason to make her. But, then I got the figure. Really don't like it. The head isn't that great, and it of course lacks a lot of articulation. And I had found some Marvel Gashapon figures. The head on the Black Cat figure is awesome. Grabbed, and got to work. Sculpted up all the fur, the collar, and the zipper. Dremeled the head a bit so it would fit smoothly. Full repaint, and all finished up! Glad I didn't set her aside completely.
