Used Scarlet Witch fir the base with Emma's head. Sculpted her hair entirely from Procreate. Sculpted and clear casted her effect. I place a magnet her head and at the end of the effect so it can be placed on easily.

Thank you. It can be very flexible like the rubber Toybiz used for their capes. Depending on the mixture it can be flexible, semi flexible, and rock hard.
