I was looking to expand my lantern corps a bit and my local Walgreens had the 5in Halo guys on clearence so thought giving them a repaint to make some additional lanterns would be cool. Since there should be a lantern of every color from each sector I picked up a few.

I repainted him with a mix of Model Masters Ford/GM engine blue and Citadel Genestealer Purple. I drew some Indigo Tribe symbols with silver Sharpie but they don't show up in the pics so well.

I named him Tinaluc which is the word lunatic rearranged, because a lot of Indigo Tribe members are bad people forced to feel compassion.

Tinaluc's real name is Fiech. He is from the planet Halo. (See Blue Lantern Halton's description for history of the planet.) Fiech suffers from schizophrenia. Fiech was under the care of a psychologist to control his disorder, but the psychologist got careless and cocky in his treatment of Fiech, and ended up giving his hostile, cruel, and aggressive personality Stream control. Stream kidnapped his brothers newly born daughter and kept her hidden in a cave that he discovered where the toxic gases could not come in, and raised the girl in complete isolation letting her believe that they were father and daughter stranded a desolate planet. In a moment of clarity about 15 years later Fiech was able to regain control and secretly put a fail safe into the computer that if his biosuit was away from the cave for more than a week it would tell his niece the full truth about what happened and why she grew up in that cave. So when the Indigo ring took him away his niece found out and was filled with Rage!
