Admittedly, this one isn't so much a custom in the same vein as I am normally used too.

While I am still getting used to figuring out all the features on my 3D printer and working our how to turn out some custom figure parts, I wanted to play around with some pre-existing models, practice my painting and play with different quality settings. Thus, a small Mimikyu model was born!

The model itself was not made by me (the original can be found on Thingiverse made by one 'ClassyGoat' but I wanted to test out on something I would enjoy doing. So after a few hours printing, I had a model to work with.

Of course, as usual, everything was sanded to my liking and then hand-painted. Wow, did I underestimate my lack of practice lately! Once that was done, everything was hit with sealer to keep him looking nice.

A very quick, easy project, it gave me a cool result, some much needed painting practice and some new energy for seeing how I can use 3D printing with future customs!
