In much need of an upgrade - Longshot!

This one didn't need much paint, so it's mostly sculpt work and parts swapping. I used the Hasbro Dr Strange, simple because of the torso having less muscle definition and it's got some wrinkles and folds to the sculpt. Longshot wasn't super ripped, so I used that idea and filled in some muscle crevices on his arms and legs. Then I added some wrinkles, to simulate how the leather is creased and stretched. I sculpted the boots, making them smooth and having wrinkles at the bottom like in the source art. Filled in the hand articulation since it was ugly. Also gave him some sculpt on the shoulders. Then it was a matter of adding the parts from the Toybiz Longshot - the lower arms, the collar, the satchel, the bandolier and the head obviously. Oh and the pouches from his belt, and boots. The belt itself is from the recent Green Goblin.

Quick paintjob, semi gloss coat and gloss on the boots and he was done!
