Always like Captain America line up....so I back to the roots with the first super soldier...
Recipe: Modified the fodder and changed the head with modified Neca Marcus Gears of War. The shield was made from scratch...Sculpt with epoxy clay and paint it with acrylic paints.

I don't think he should look like he's wearing lipstick. That could be viewed as a racist caricature... I would have painted his face more like a regular black man...
