I present you my first custom. Is Groot! I made him from two old Max Steel action figures (one had double jointed knees but terrible arm movement, so some kick bash was needed), adding the lower legs from the Green Goblin BAF to add the ankle pivot articulation. I completely sculpted the figure and used bendy wire + hot glue to make the articulated branches. Hope you like it!

Sculpting aside, the use of similar rubber parts to keep the articulation and all the bendy branches, this is a total A+ figure!!!

Thanks! I also sculpted the articulated areas to blend with the branches, kinda tricky to do on hard plastic, but after a wash and dry brush it was worth it <3
