Someone wanted a cheery, younger-looking Psylocke as a contrast to all the beefy ones out there and here's what happened. An uncomplicated custom that looks good in any team. •Used the usual generic body parts. Transplanted the new hair onto Wasp's head so I had to sculpt the missing sections. •Sanded away old paint, sprayed body with VHT to get a uniform black color. Freehanded the linework, switched the eyes to purple and lips to pink then added a little shine to them. As usual, sorry for the bad pics! ![]() |

Basically, dab a dark shade of whatever you want the eye color to be, in this case I used some dark purple. Then dab the actual eye color on top, making sure to leave some of the darker color around the rim. I found I had more control over where the brush went by starting near the rim and dragging towards the center, like spokes in a bicycle wheel. I imagine if you do this with one or two more lighter shades you might get a cool effect.
Then a little black dot in the center.
I've used it for years, even on things like NERF guns. It penetrates the plastic if you do a few light coats, and won't chip. If you get heavy handed and it cakes up, it'll just work like paint.
Always scuff up the plastic's surface with some fine sandpaper to let it penetrate.
Worth experimenting with. I get it from O'Reilly's autoparts stores, they can order it for you if it isn't in stock.
