Iron Man has a ton of villains that will likely never see the light of plastic. The unicorn has had a lot of weird moments in comics; sometimes as a creep and sometimes just a loser. His body is from a modern vision while his head is a modified Cyclops. The boot and sleeve flares are Apoxie as is the "horn".
