I actually forgot that DC doesn't always change costume designs when a new character takes on a moniker. Marvel shifts designs pretty often, and does big changes when someone new takes on the identity. DC, however, keeps the costume the same. So you can't tell if Batman is Bruce Wayne or Dick Grayson. And in the 90s, the Flash was either Barry Allen or Wally West. In this incarnation of the Justice League, it was Wally West. All that to say I was actually surprised it was just the same Flash design. Simple enough full repaint with a Young Justice Flash head.
