Nothing new here as a few people have done this recipe before me but I've always wanted a Shredder matching his look in the original movie. Used a TMNT 3 Rebel Soldier base with the helmet from a Mutatin' Shredder and armor from the first release Shredder. Tried to make it match the old toys especially the Movie Star Turtles.
