Hat is a hollowed out Indiana Jones hat. Head is DCIH Luthor - modded. Body is a MIB figure with sculpted coat details and the lower jacket is from a GI JOE ROC Storm Shadow. Right hand is from a Terminator figure, while the left hand is from a fodder bin.
