This figure was made from a Rocky III head, Nathan Drake torso, First Blood Rambo legs and Ultimate T-800 feet. The weapon was pieced together from this and that. And the matchstick (the most important part, lol) was a thin sliver of a toothpick, which once saturated in superglue was hard as a rock.

The sunglasses are the closest I had available. I couldn't find aviators in his size ;)

This was luckily a pretty easy custom. The only painting I actually had to do was the shirt. I did a high gloss on his chest rig to simulate leather, and a high shine on his skin, cause you know.... it was the 80's.

Usually NECA swaps don't cooperate, but this one did! Boil and pop, all the way!
