16 year old Harley "Harlet" Quinzel was never well liked in school....she studied psychology to understand peoples hatred and misconceptions it wasn't until she saw this new joker guy on the news that she became fascinated with life again! Lifes a big joke and with her new man shes gonna deliever the punch line! (She was kinda based off billy boy from clockwork orange notice the hat)
