In many ways Rebirth has fixed the mistakes of the New 52 and in many ways it's made them worse. Batgirl and the Birds of Prey has only solidified this terrible new Batgirl costume and permanently changed Helena Bertinelli leaving fans with 0 hope that pre52 Bertinelli will ever see the light of day again. Thankfully Black Canary fans have another place to look for Dinah, in the pages of Green Arrow where she shines even brighter than Oliver himself. Rebirth Black Canary is kind of amazing. Dinah Lance is back, the better Black Canary in my opinion, and her suit is gorgeous. While Birds of Prey is boring and the trio I know and love is gone forever Black Canary lives on. While I love all three of the Birds of Prey, Black Canary is ironically my least favourite, in the comics we're getting today Dinah is my favourite of the trio. This figure was incredibly challenging because as I was making her I was going through a move. There were long periods where she wasn't being worked on that left her collecting dust, tools I didn't have access to (no ace time, how did I get through it???) and when I was finished I didn't have a proper set up to take pictures of her, that being said I love her. Making the fishnets was really fun, especially! Please wait... |

I'm sorry for being a bother, but just one more question if you're willing to answer: How are they secured at the top/bottom? Just with the sculpting clay over them or?
And no worries at all, ask as many as you’d like! I can attribute most of the tricks in my tool belt to other customizers that were kind enough to answer me, so I’m happy to do the same.
Your guess is right! They’re secured thanks to the clay over them. A spot of glue underneath doesn’t hurt, either.
