This is a custom figure-statue of Shredder. It was made using a skeletor, some pieces from the parts bin, and a lot imagination and time. The helmet came from the Nick TMNT figure line. His articulation is limited to the neck and wrists, but this is more of a model/statue type project. The base figure also had limited articulation but great sculpting to work with.
