When the Warcraft figures got marked down I saw an opportunity to get some pretty good custom bases for cheap, and though I was going to use one of the orcs to make this guy I noticed just how similar the armor design was to Ganondorf's Hyrule Warriors costume (though I wish he had slightly bulkier arms and legs, compared to the orcs this dude looks kind of skinny...) I made some alterations to the head and armor with apoxie sculpt, altered the skirts with an exacto knife, repainted the lot, and made a Thief's Trident out of an old paintbrush and some foam board. At 6 inches tall he is about the same height as the WON Toon Ganondorf and respectfully towers over the WON Link figures (remember in canon Ganodorf is over 7 feet tall even BEFORE turning into Ganon.)
