When photos of Red Dwarf Season 11 were released I saw this guy and knew that I would be making a figure of him as soon as the episode was shown. There are not many new characters from season 11 that deserve figures but I think Asclepius looks bad ass and I'm glad how he turned out.

I stripped the SW figure of its robe, drilled a few holes to prep what I would be adding on. The red button is a washer and screw, the shoulder piece is patched together from GI Joe gunbelts, and the chest plate is a sticker, gun barrel and GI Joe laptop part.
Right hand is cut plastic for "knife", safety pin for the curves, everything epoxied into place and hockey taped for that bandage look. Left arm is a GI rocket launcher barrel cut to size with a + slice from a GI missile fit into place, A piece of tubing slipped over his arm and then connected with some cut bits of wire.
Backpack is GI Joe scuba pack with a Donatello throwing circle fit into place and GI Joe claws stuck on as well.
Helmet = Random GI Joe motorcycle helmet sliced into and then fitted with the wire teeth of the mask from Storm Shadow (v.28) The visor is the cut off end of a rocket launcher, the mohawk is gunbelt, and the side spheres are tips of missiles. There's a bunch of other stuff stuck in there too or cut out but...
I did away with those eyes or whatever the smeg they are supposed to be cause they look silly.
