Jeremy Clarkson from Top Gear & more recently The Grand Tour, he is made from a three inch Matt Smith figure, his head is made from milliput and his face is from a magazine taped on to make his beautiful face. His torso is covered in milliput to hide the bow tie and painted white. His jacket is painted black to make him like Jeremy Clarkson. Too achieve his jeans, I used blue paint and thinly added some milliput to add a stoned effect. I think he looks pretty good. Peace.
