Vartox was made from a DC Universe Classics Catman body with Green Lantern's lower arms. The head is from a Hasbro Marvel Legends Dr. Strange with re-sculpted hair. The belt is sculpted, the vest is a combination of plastic, Apoxie Sculpt, and vinyl, and the boot rockets are Apoxie Sculpt and wood dowel.

Cool! This character has one of the most bizarre designs and looks like Sean Connery from the movie Zardoz. You made a perfect Vartox!
