Have been shared on various forums, but wanted to show it off here too. This was about 3 months of spare time, and I am really pleased with the result, done last winther.
Set includes Jabba and Oola Throne Set with Salacious, Black series Jawa (the little one), Bubo from the Palace Denizens set, U-3PO convertion, and kitbash Bib Fortuna. Lots of work, lots of fun :-D

If you are curious, the rundown was
1) JABBA: taken apart and stuffed with sponges. Also fitted with a steel coat hanger that would bend and hold shape. Sculpted new belly midsection with Aves Apoxy to give him more height. Finished with Citadel paints and washes.
2) THRONE: Removed tiny gargoyles and drilled new holes. Replaced them with ones from Vintage Kenner set. Finished with tons of layers of Citadel.
3) GARGOYLES: Sawed off heads from original Kenner set and dremeled out mouths. Made rings from wire and sculpted new teeth that could hold rings. This before attaching them on the throne.
4) RAIL: Scrapped bowl and replaced with Vintage Kenner bowl (more clear plastic). Had to sand the hole in the rail to fit new bowl and ended up sculpting a new bottom edge, more similar to the Sideshow one. Painted with Citadels
5) BOWL: Vintage bowl filled with epoxy (10 min), added a little green color pigment. Sculpted 2 rough squidfrogs and dumped them in. Dries in about 10 minutes and is now hard. Top part was filled the same, and I added some stuff animal guts for smoke effect. Tube is vinyl cord an pipe is steel wire with a beed glued on the end.
6) OOLA was repainted. Added a little chin strap. Made new chain from tiny chainlink and leatherstring. Her top was fitted a little bit to give a tighter look. Used sewing string to tighten.
7 BUBO: Cut the hook from his back and glued an O-ring on with a strap. Added new chain. repainted top to bottom. Clear gloss for the eyes.
8) BIB FORTUNA: Kitbash. Body from TVC Ep 1 Dofine, head and bracelets from Bib POTF, hands from TAC Emperor and body armor from Vintage Kenner Bib. Modified Jedi Robe with no hood and cut sleeves. Repainted all the elements before putting them together.
9 JAWA. Black series Jawa, slighty modified belt, and repainted. Dremmeled holes in his cloak to rough it up a little. Leaf is two pieces of cut out paper glued together with strings inside for texture. Pole is a beed-needle with beeds glued on and painted.
10 RUGS: Leather cut up and painted. Glued folds in to give more weight and scale.
11: C3PO: BAD U-3PO painted gold. Gave the green spots a clear gloss for slimey effect.
