I think this is my fourth attempt at an Alex Ross Superman in this style (completed attempt anyway). Same recipe as before but with a couple of aspects tightened up. Better symbol, accurate briefs, more proportional cape, blah blah blah...

Yeah perfection on the suit, an what a ballsy move painting the logo.
I don't think I could do it, would be scared to mess up an have to trash all the tailoring work put into the shirt.

Thanks man. I definitely did not paint the symbol I have done that in the past, but I would usually do it on vinyl and before I attached it to the figure. This time I just cut the symbol from a NECA Chris Reeve figure, sanded it super thin with a dremel, and glued it on. Sometimes the easy way is the best way.

Thanks man!!!! I feel like I can finally move on from this particular figure. I tend to do one character over and over until I get him right. It usually takes 4-6 completed versions before I'm satisfied.
