Originally, this was supposed to be the comic version of the Rival. Much like I did with Zoom and Reverse Flash. Of course, I still need to make the CW version of Reverse Flash. I did a search recently and there are so many speedsters! Whew. While looking up images of Rival, I stumbled across this guy. Only found a single image of him anywhere. Yet, there was indeed a Reverse Flash for Jay Garrick. It was a robot, but still. Wings on the boots and the hat came from the Infinite Heroes Jay Garrick. Head was, I think, GI Joe Hawk. Fully repaint with some very annoying colors, and done!
