Last year, I fixed up Zoom, inspired by his design on the Flash. Love that black costume for him. Then, this year, they announced their newest speedster villain. The Rival. I didn't think I'd like a costume more than Zoom, but wow this is a really cool design. A nice upgrade for a Golden Age villain. So, Rival was originally just a copycat of Jay Garrick. His costume was even just darker shades of the same colors. But, this looks great. I wanted to do all the additional lines, but never could get good enough angles to work with. So, I kept it simpler like I did with Zoom before. Fully sculpted over the torso, and added the belt. Fully resculpted a Grim Reaper head, full repaint, and done!
