One of my clients wanted a Netflix Daredevil in the black suit. I didn't want to use the same recipe as the last one, I have firm rules to never repeat the same custom, so I went with a boss fight blank. I used a black blank base (say that five times quickly!) and sculpted head to lower leg in black apoxie to avoid any sort of paint rub. This was my first outing with black apoxie, and I was very happy with it, although my hands looked like I had molested a sharpie by the time I was done. I used some gi joe snake eyes boots, and made the bandana from some fabric, but everything else was sculpted. I made a removable leg holster and threw in the clubs from an MU daredevil. I will definitely be trying out some of the other apoxie colors in the future. It at least makes for a great base to paint on to.
