The base figure was way too tall. used a dremel to cut his legs, got him down to the right size and put the pieces back together.

Dremelled off his hair, used milliput to add more accurate hair sculpt. Painted over his eyebrows to give him a more desperate expression.

Removed his tie, sculpted a Dickie bow and shirt lining. Adjusted his waist also to try tilt him forward a bit.

Added the final tough with Scarface. Hope ye like it
