Used a common base of Drax to make my Popeye. Green Stuff for the arms, pipe, clothing and hap detail, with a bit of foam and rubber band for the cap as well. Used a piece of a paper clip for the pipe stem. I have Olive Oyl started and have plans for a few other characters.
